He befriended the future Champion of Kirkwall and went on all sorts of crazy adventures before some asshole ripped a hole in the sky and let demons come farting out. He signed up with the inner circle of the Inquisition to sort that shit out and ended up helping to save the world. Oh, and he's a bestselling author of mystery, romance, and adventure serialized novels. Pretty much everyone is getting Hard in Hightown now.

Occupation: Part-time student at Tulane University. Works part-time as a ghost tour operator and spends the rest of her time pitching in at her family-run opera house.
Personality: Klara's a natural mother hen, though she's the type of mother who'll laugh when you fuck up even as she swoops in to help you set everything to rights. She's loyal and protective of her friends and family...and she has a lot of both. Always ready with a grin and a comeback, Klara tends to fit in wherever she goes (except for frat parties; fuck those guys). She's charming and a bit of a rogue with her heart pinned on her sleeve no matter how much she tries to claim otherwise. She's a blend of natural performer and natural creator, and she uses her family's crumbling old opera house as a personal stage.
Background: Klara is one of the Wagner clan--a group of first-generation German kids who grew up in their family's big old opera house. She may have been the next-to-youngest, but Klara was born with an independent streak. She's been in some minor trouble with the law now and again, but nothing she wasn't able to talk her way out of. Her unusual family left her with a strong creative drive, a quick tongue, and a talent for bullshit. She's very pleased to meet you.

Cora says obviously she and Klara are friends. Which means Klara is friends with Cora's girlfriend Alex and their friend Charlie too. They probably bonded over having big families, and Cora would be so!!! happy!!! if she got to visit the opera house and try on the costumes and play with the prop weapons. Just saying.

She also appreciates that Klara doesn't try to make Sadie get over her shyness -- she's working on it, and Klara has helped make it better, but Sadie can't handle being rushed. She feels seen.
